I am a Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, practicing in Glasgow City Centre (in-person), and also on line via Zoom.

Qualified with a Masters Degree, I have many years experience supporting people in many areas of their life.

Counselling and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

On-Line Therapy or In-Person in Glasgow City Centre

I am an qualified and experienced counsellor and cognitive behaviour therapist, working from a comfortable space in Glasgow City Centre. 

I can support you with a range of issues, including

  • bereavement counselling

  • drug and alcohol related issues

  • stress or anxiety related issues (e.g. work related stress, or otherwise)

  • low mood

  • help to improve confidence

  • support for low self-belief 

  • procrastination

  • help with difficult emotions, such as anger, hurt  or guilt

  • Difficulty relaxing or switching off

  • Getting a better work-life balance

Each workshop comes with a course manual which covers the work of the day - given to every participant to keep. 


They are designed to be used independently of the workshop as a learning resource in their own right.

Workshops are on offer periodically throughout the year.  I can also work with your organisation to book a date that is convenient to us both.
