How Counselling Can Help
Counselling offers the opportunity to talk to another person, in confidence, about difficult thoughts, feelings or reactions without being judged.
'Letting it out' can ease built up tension that you may have been carrying around inside.
Counselling helps to facilitate an understanding of why you think, feel and behave the way you do.
Through the process, you can find coping strategies to help you with whatever is going on now, and in the future.

I know from experience that it can be quite daunting seeking a stranger to open up to. So it is important that you feel safe and secure with the person you choose.
Many people tell me that I am a warm and friendly person, and I will do my best to make sure you feel safe and at ease. In fact, this I consider this to be the most important thing I can do for you.
Nonetheless, it is important that you feel comfortable with whoever you choose. With this in mind, I offer a free therapy consultation lasting up to half an hour, with no obligation to book a service.
